Lesson 6: XXX-Rated Creatures Part III
Bundimun:
Now some of you that have been in old houses may have seen these creatures before, the Bundimun. These creatures are found worldwide and are somewhat similar to Chizpurfles. They infest houses and live under the floorboards and on the foundation where they ooze out secretion which rots the house away. You can tell when you have a Bundimun problem when your house begins to smell of decay. Now if you smell these creatures you will need to look for little green patches of fungus with little eyes. That is a Bundimun. They will run away when startled. Now these little creatures feed on dirt. Which should be motivation for you to clean your room more often...Anyways if you have a small problem with these things you can use the scouring charm. Though if its a huge problem you should contact the ministry of magic's Department of Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures (Pest Sub-Division). Though if you want something useful out of these creatures their secretion in a diluted form can be used for household cleaners.
Dugbog:
Now have you ever went swamping and saw a piece of dead wood? Then you've most likely seen this creature before. Its the Dugbog. This creature looks a lot like a piece of dead wood (when stationary) in swampy areas. Turns out this piece of "dead wood" has sharp teeth and webbed claws. Now these creatures feed on small mammals, though its favorite thing to eat are Mandrakes. If your
growing mandrakes and you pull one up that is a bloody mess, that mandrake has fallen prey to a Dugbog. So just remember if your ever walking in a swamp in Europe or North and South America watch your ankles because these creatures may take a swipe at them too.

Glumbumble:
Now to a more depressing creature. The Glumbumble, which is found in Northern Europe, is a gray furry little flying insect. They produce a syrup like substance which makes the eater depressed. They also infest beehives in which has horrible results with the honey that the bee's make. Now these creatures do not eat the bad honey, they eat nettles. (Yum) These creatures nest in dark places like caves or trees or in some cases, beehives. I hope your not to sad, but we are moving on now. </bad joke>
Jarvey:
Well this next creature is something...special. This creature is the Jarvey. This creature is able to speak. Though its conversations are short phrases that can be quite rude. Though if you try to have a true conversation you will get nothing out of it besides its rude phrases because its sadly not smart enough to understand them. Now these overgrown ferrets as some say, are found in North America, Britain, and Ireland. Now if you want to test this out, first of all I did not give you that idea », you'll need to go dig outside because these creatures live mainly underground or you can try and lure them out with a gnome. (Why do so many creatures eat gnomes?) Though if they can't find anything else they will eat moles and rats.
Leprechaun:
Also known as Clauricorn, these creatures are well known tricksters that enjoy muggle attention. As many people know these little green creatures are found only in Ireland and produce a gold like substance that disappears after a few hours. They stand at about six inches and create their clothing out of green leaves and plants which they also eat. (Not their clothing, leaves >.>) They are capable of speaking and they also have live young. Though they have never asked to be called "Beings". Now despite their record of being trouble makers they have never caused lasting damage to any person before.
These silly creatures wouldn't stop for me to get a picture of them.

Moke:
What's so little muggles never see it? Its a Moke! Moke's are silvery green lizards that can change their size when ever they want to! So when they need to be hidden they can shrink themselves down so people will not notice them. Mokes are about 10 inches long and are found through-out Britain and Ireland. Moke skins are used for money bags, which makes these skins highly prized. Just like the Moke the bag can contract to make itself very small so thief's can not spot them.
My camera doesn't have a good enough zoom to catch one of these.

Nogtail:
Aren't pigs just the cutest little things? Well these aren't... Nogtails are demons that live all over Europe! These demons look like little pigs with long necks and black eyes. Nogtails hide on farms and steals milk from a real pig's mother. The longer the Nogtail stays on the farm the bigger it gets the worse the farm will become. Now if you happen to find one these on a farm don't even try to chase it. Your wasting your time. Nogtails are super fast and the only way you can get rid of them is if they are chased off the perimeter of the farm by a pure white dog. If you can't find one you can contact the Ministry because they have 12 albino dogs for this purpose only.
Pogrebin:
We've talked about Nogtail demons now its time for Russian demons! Do you like rocks? Then you'll love Pogrebins! These creatures are just barely even 1 foot tall with a very fuzzy body and shiny hairless head that is way oversized. When this little thing is crouching down it looks just like a rock, but this is one "rock" you don't want to sit on! Now beware if a Pogrebin begins to follow you. The longer it follows you the worse you feel. One you give up and fall to your knees the Pogrebin will try to eat you. Isn't that nice of it? Anyways, you can easily get rid of one of these with simple hexes such as the stunning spell. But if all else fails kicking it will do the job just as nicely.
If you want to see one of these, go to Russia and find one yourself. Too many demons for me this lesson.

Sea Serpent:
RUN! ITS A HORRIBLE SEA SERPENT! Actually, don't! Sea Serpent have a bad reputation, but you know there is no known account of a human being killed by one of these creatures. Yes they can be terribly scary but their looks are a lot worse than they really are. These creatures have been known to reach all the way up to 100 feet in length! They have horse-like heads with a long snake like body that is usually green in color because of algae or other plant life in either the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean, but sea serpents have also been spotted in the Mediterranean sea. So if you ever see large "hills" in one of those bodies of water, you probably just saw a sea serpent.
